On 21 September 2024 our community came together for a truly enchanting evening filled with music, laughter, and heartfelt performances. The event was more than just a night of entertainment; it was a vibrant celebration of our Vietnamese heritage, a showcase of talent across generations, and a powerful demonstration of unity and support for those impacted by Yagi typhoon.
A Showcase of Talent
From the moment the first note was played, the atmosphere was electric. Talents of all ages took the stage—little kids with infectious enthusiasm, proud parents sharing their gifts, and even grandparents who brought wisdom and joy through their performances. Each act was a testament to the rich tapestry of our community, showcasing the diversity and passion that thrives within us.
The joy of seeing families performing together was truly magical. It reminded us of the strength of our bonds and the importance of keeping our traditions alive. Every song, dance, and spoken word piece resonated with love and dedication, creating unforgettable memories for everyone in attendance.
Coming Together for a Cause
This year, our event also had a vital mission: to raise funds for those affected by the recent Yagi typhoon in Vietnam. With so many lives impacted, it was heartwarming to see our community rally together, not just for a night of fun but to make a meaningful difference. Fundraising activities throughout the evening included raffles and donation stations, all of which contributed to our collective effort to support our friends and family back home. A total of $1,650 was raised through raffle ticket sales and donated to ASIF AUSTRALIA LIMITED (ASIF FOUNDATION)
