What a day it was at Bunnings Gungahlin! Following the success of our sausage sizzle at Bunnings Belconnen about a month ago, we enjoyed another solid day of community support with nearly 700 sausages sold,
From the first sizzle in the morning to the last snag served in the afternoon, the aroma of delicious sausages drew in families, tradies, weekend shoppers, and plenty of hungry supporters. It wasn’t just about the food — it was about community spirit, and Gungahlin truly showed up.
This incredible day wouldn’t have been possible without the tireless efforts of our amazing volunteers. Whether you were behind the BBQ, wrapping bread, serving with a smile, or helping clean up, your time and energy made this event a standout success. Thank you for giving up your weekend to support a great cause!
We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Bunnings Gungahlin for hosting us and providing such a welcoming space for the event. Their ongoing support of local groups continues to make a real difference.
